I work in the software development world, as an Agile Coach and Project Manager. I've always been interested in management and methodology, and I keep myself busy learning, developing and implementing Lean, Scrum and XP best practices.
I am currently working as a Scrum Coach at the Belgian Post.
When I'm not doing work-related stuff, I'm usually cooking, playing table tennis or thinking about how to create a meritocratic, equal-opportunities society.
